Xiuba Ancient Fortress: The Encounter between a Thousand-Year-Old Fortress and Peach Blossoms
About 20 kilometers away from Linzhi city.Xuba FortressIt was built in Ancient fortifications of the 7th century.It consists of dozens of towers and stone houses.The exterior looks like a labyrinthine city that goes up and down.It was once an important military fortress for the Tubo Dynasty. Once an important military fortress of the Tubo Dynasty, it was used to defend against foreign invasion and protect the village, and was therefore strategically designed: narrow winding alleys and high towers made it easy to observe and defend.
Nowadays, when you walk into the old castle, you can still see the thick stone walls, arrow holes and hiding holes, as if you can imagine the scene of the warriors patrolling here in those years.
In spring, peach blossoms bloom around the fort, adding a touch of romance to this historical fort.

Garang Village: The Legend of the Lake and Garang Palace
Garang village (place name)It is one of the oldest villages in Linzhi, and has been honored as a "witness to the history of Linzhi". Inside the village, there is the Garang Lake, which is as green as jade, reflecting the snowy peaks and peach blossoms, making it the quietest place to enjoy flowers in Linzhi. The Garang Royal Palace is one of the origins of the Tubo Dynasty, and Songtsen Gampo is said to have lived and married here, which is of great historical value.

Garang Palace Site] Built in about 1180, it is located on the ridge of Sewo Mountain, southwest of Garang Village, Bomi County, and is situated on the mountain and beside the lake.It's the site of an ancient palace of the Garang dynasty.It is a pity that it is usually inaccessible, but we were able to take photos with this characteristic building on our special visit!
The exterior walls of the palace are brightly colored in red, yellow, and white. These colors are not religious symbols, but rather expressions of traditional Tibetan architectural aesthetics and regional cultural characteristics, which together with the surrounding snow-capped mountains form a poetic scene. With such visual impact, this photo really looks very special.
