Travel through the plains of western Sichuan to the highland wetland of Ruoergai. Arrive at the First Bay of the Yellow River, where the river outlines a magnificent S-shaped curve in the grassland, and the sea of clouds and light and shadow at sunset are particularly moving. In the evening, we will stay in Ruoergai.

• Today's elevation gradually increases to about 3,300-3,500 meters, we recommend slowing down and drinking plenty of water.

• The wind is strong at the First Bay of the Yellow River, so be prepared with a windproof jacket; bring an anti-shake bracket for more stable shooting in the dusk.

Early in the morning, you can walk into the wetland of Flower Lake, where the water and grasses are intertwined, migratory birds are in the shadows, and the mirror-like sky and the lake reflect each other beautifully. Continue to Langmusi Temple, where Tibetan, Muslim and Chinese cultures mingle, with its golden dome and recitation of sutras. In the evening, you will arrive at Zhagana, where the rocky canyon walls and villages live on the mountains, like a hidden paradise.

Tonight, we will stay in the Zhagana scenic area, just a short walk to the village of Dari or the scenic viewing platform, to enjoy this most special "Garden of Eden" on earth.

The Sea of Five Flowers is like a peacock opening its screen, the Sea of Mirrors is like a painting, the Norilang Waterfall is soaring and magnificent, the forests are dyed in the fall, and the four seasons are all excellent.

Visit the Yellow Dragon, a World Natural Heritage Site, where calcified colorful pools are like golden dragons perched in the valley. You can choose "cable car + walk" to take care of both physical strength and scenery, with ancient cypresses and waterfalls along the way. In the evening, we will stay in Mao County, where we will experience the Qiang culture.

In the morning, visit the "Ancient Qiang City of China" and watch the opening ceremony and the Qiang Intangible Cultural Heritage Show to learn about the migration and beliefs of the "People on the Clouds". Continue to Dujiangyan Panda Park (or Panda Valley) to learn about the daily life of pandas. Return to Chengdu in the afternoon and spend the evening savoring Sichuan cuisine or watching a face-changing theater.
