Tibet 10-Day Experience | Stay at Hilton Hotels

Fly to Linzhi, where you will be met by our local representative with a welcome sign upon arrival. A private vehicle will then transfer you directly to your hotel for rest.
With an average altitude of around 3,000 meters, Linzhi is widely regarded as one of the most comfortable and gentle gateways into Tibet. Often known as the best low-altitude entry point, the region is rich in forests and enjoys relatively higher oxygen levels, allowing travelers to acclimatize naturally and gradually. For first-time visitors to the Tibetan Plateau, there is no need to rush—slow down, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and enjoy the calm, peaceful atmosphere that makes Linzhi a perfect introduction to Tibet.
★ Helpful Reminder:
Linzhi is considered a relatively low-altitude region in Tibet, so altitude reactions are usually mild. However, travelers are still advised to rest well on the first day and avoid strenuous activities. Drink plenty of warm water, maintain a regular schedule, and avoid alcohol and smoking to help your body gradually adapt to the high-altitude environment and prepare for the exciting journey ahead.
